Kylian Mbappe Ready to Play Anywhere for Real Madrid

Kylian Mbappe has stated that he is willing to play in any position across Real Madrid’s front line next season.

After Mbappe’s move to Madrid was finalized earlier this summer, questions arose about how he would fit into the team’s attacking lineup, which already includes players like Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham, and Rodrygo.

During his first press conference since being unveiled as a Real Madrid player, Mbappe made it clear that he is ready to play wherever manager Carlo Ancelotti wants him to.

“Wherever the manager wants,” Mbappe said in fluent Spanish. “I can play in the three positions up front. I’ve done it at PSG, Monaco and the national team. That’s a detail for the journalists, but for me it’s not up for debate. I want to be on the pitch. I don’t care where. What I want is to help Real Madrid.”

Mbappe also expressed his excitement about playing alongside Vinicius Junior, stating, “Vinicius is a great player and I am very happy to play with him. Also with Rodrygo and with everyone. Great players are made to play together. I will have no problems playing with Vinicius. He had a perfect last few seasons. Now I have to adapt to Vinicius, Rodrygo and everyone to help them.”

The French striker acknowledged that his compatriots had long been encouraging him to join Real Madrid, and he is now looking forward to building relationships with his new teammates, including Bellingham.

Overall, Mbappe’s comments suggest he is fully committed to the team and willing to adapt to Ancelotti’s plans, regardless of the specific position he is asked to play.
